What is CAD/CAM Dentistry?

Computer-aided design and manufacturing technology for creating dental restorations.
CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) in dentistry uses digital technology to design and fabricate dental restorations like crowns, veneers, and bridges. A scanner captures 3D images of teeth, software designs the restoration, and a milling machine creates it from ceramic or other materials, often in a single visit.
