Where is patient data stored?
All data is stored in ISO 27001 certified data centers within the European Union. We use redundant storage across multiple availability zones to ensure 99.9% uptime and data durability.
Can I export all patient data if I switch providers?
Yes. GDPR Article 20 guarantees data portability. You can export all patient records in standard formats (CSV, JSON) at any time. We also provide direct migration assistance to help you transition smoothly.
How do you handle data deletion requests?
We process GDPR deletion requests within 30 days as required by law. You can also delete individual patient records instantly from the admin panel. All deletions are logged for compliance records.
Does DenPro provide audit logs for compliance?
Yes. Every action in DenPro is logged with a timestamp and user ID, including who accessed patient records, made changes, or exported data. Audit logs are retained for the legally required period and can be exported for inspections.
How is data encrypted in DenPro?
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Encryption keys are managed through a dedicated key management service and rotated regularly. Even our own engineers cannot access unencrypted patient data.
