The booking widget is a small piece of your practice website that does a receptionist's job around the clock. A patient opens your site in the evening, chooses a service such as a check-up or hygiene visit, picks a provider if they have a preference, and sees only time slots that are genuinely free in your DenPro calendar. They confirm, and the appointment is created.
On the practice side, the booking appears in the calendar like any other appointment, clearly marked as an online request. Reception reviews new bookings in the morning — confirming, adjusting or contacting the patient if something needs clarifying. You decide which services, providers and time windows are offered online, so the widget never gives away slots you want to keep for emergencies or complex treatment.
Many patients simply will not call. They remember the overdue check-up at ten in the evening, or they prefer not to phone during their own working hours. Online dental booking meets them where they are: they book when it suits them, get an automatic confirmation, and later a reminder.
