1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DenPro dental practice management software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
DenPro is a cloud-based dental practice management software that provides:
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Electronic patient records management
- Digital dental charting (FDI notation)
- Billing and invoicing tools
- SMS appointment reminders
- Analytics and reporting
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our website. We offer a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected subscription plan.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- You can export your data before account closure
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the Service to store data unrelated to dental practice management
6. Your Data
6.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your patient records, appointment data, or other information you create.
6.2 Data Processing
By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6.3 Data Export
You may export your data at any time using the tools provided in the application.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by DenPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DenPro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country where DenPro is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
